Official Statement Regarding the Situation with Green Spaces Near the Senat Residential Complex Construction Site.

In light of reports circulating in the media and on social media regarding

the felling of trees near our construction site,

the GEOS construction company deems it necessary to provide an official

clarification to avoid misinformation and misunderstandings.

The tree-cutting work in question is being carried out outside the

boundaries of our construction site. GEOS, its

employees, and subcontractors have no connection to

these actions and did not commission them.

The Senat residential complex has its own autonomous rooftop boiler room. According to the information we have,

city services are laying an additional heating main.

All construction work on the residential complex, as well as the construction of

the parking lot, is being carried out strictly within the boundaries of the approved master plan and

exclusively within the boundaries of our land plot.

We are always open to dialogue with the community and are ready to provide the necessary

permit documents and show the boundaries of the land plot in accordance with the Master

Plan to confirm this information.
