GEOS Construction Company Has Signed a Cooperation Agreement under the "YeOselya" Program with a New Partner — Oschadbank

GEOS Construction Company has signed an agreement and launched fruitful cooperation under the “YeOselya” program with its new partner, Oschadbank.
The “YeOselya” program was launched in October 2022. Currently, applications for preferential housing loans at a 3% interest rate can be submitted by servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, healthcare workers, and scientists working in state or municipal institutions. The program covers the entire territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories and active combat zones. It is implemented in cooperation with Ukrfinzhytlo, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and Diia.
GEOS is a European construction company operating in Ukraine since 2004, in Hungary since 2015, and in Spain since 2018. In Ukraine, the company has completed around 70 large-scale projects, including residential and commercial properties, infrastructure facilities, and sports complexes. In Hungary (Budapest), GEOS has completed 8 successful projects, and it also has 3 exclusive developments in Spain.
Oschadbank is a Ukrainian commercial bank, ranking second in terms of total assets and first in terms of branch network among all banks in Ukraine. The bank is state-owned. As of January 1, 2020, its assets amounted to UAH 249 billion. As of July 1, 2023, Oschadbank’s national banking network included approximately 1,183 branches, nearly 2,790 ATMs, and 2,555 payment terminals. The bank’s processing system supports over 60,000 merchant POS terminals. Oschadbank has issued over 11.5 million cards (more than 6 million of which are active), including cards of the Ukrainian payment system PROSTIR. According to the British magazine The Banker, in 2014 Oschadbank ranked 10th among the largest banks in Central and Eastern Europe and 367th in the Top 1000 World Banks ranking.
