Senat Residential Complex Construction Update: September–October 2024

As of October 31, 2024, the following works have been completed:

Monolithic works fully completed, roofing installed, masonry work on external, inter-apartment, and interior walls finished.
Glazing completed 100%.
Screed installation works finished.
Plastering works of MZK completed.
Installation of heating, water, and sewage pipes in progress.
Electrical wiring works ongoing.
Apartment radiators installed.
Fire protection system works in progress.
Installation of apartment entrance doors underway, 80% completed.
Fire-rated technical doors installation completed.
Acoustic insulation of technical rooms against noise completed.
Installation of ventilated facade on two sections finished.
Staircase railing installation completed.
Finishing works in common areas underway (painting, floor tiling).
Tiling works on open terraces ongoing.
Pump station installation works ongoing.
Installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors finished.
