Senat Residential Complex Construction Update: May–June 2025

We are actively working so that very soon the first residents of Senat will receive the keys to their apartments in a cozy space with thoughtfully designed infrastructure.

Here is the construction progress as of June 2025:

Residential Building No. 1
– Final finishing of common areas
– Installation of the smoke extraction system
– Installation and automation of fire hose cabinets
– Lighting in common areas now equipped with motion sensors
– Installation of heating system risers
– Construction of a monolithic retaining wall
– Installation of heating networks for the next construction phase
– Installation of gas pipes along the facade and roof
– Installation of grounding system for the buildings
– Installation and testing of pump station equipment
– Ongoing arrangement of external water supply and drainage networks
– Boiler room network manufacturing completed — installation to start soon

Multifunctional Complex
– Pile field formation completed
– Work on grillages is finishing; next steps are erecting the monolithic frame
