Senat Residential Complex Construction Update: May–June 2024

Dear investors, as of July 18, 2024, the following works have been completed:

Monolithic works fully completed, roofing installed, masonry work on external, inter-apartment, and interior walls finished.
Glazing completed 100%.
Screed installation works finished.
Plastering works of MZK completed.
Installation of heating, water, and sewage pipes in progress.
Electrical wiring works ongoing.
Fire protection system works in progress.
Installation of technical metal doors in MZK and technical rooms ongoing.
Acoustic insulation of technical rooms against noise completed.
Ventilated facade installation works ongoing: one section completed, second section 60% done.
Staircase railing installation works ongoing.
Tiling works on open terraces ongoing.
Installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors completed.
