Senat Residential Complex Construction Update: March–April 2025

Dear buyers of the Senat residential complex, we are pleased to inform you that as of May 6, 2025, the following works have been completed:

Monolithic works fully completed, roofing installed, masonry work on external, inter-apartment, and interior walls finished.
Glazing completed 100%.
Screed installation works finished.
Plastering works of MZK completed.
Installation of heating, water, and sewage pipes done.
Electrical wiring completed.
Apartment radiators installed.
Fire protection system works in progress.
Apartment doors installed.
Fire-rated technical doors installed.
Acoustic insulation of technical rooms against noise completed.
Installation of ventilated facade on two sections finished.
Staircase railing installation completed.
Finishing works in common areas underway (painting, floor tiling).
Lighting installation in common areas ongoing.
Tiling works on open terraces completed.
Pump station installation completed.
Boiler room works ongoing.
Installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors finished.
External network installation for the complex underway.
Landscaping works started.
