We would like to inform you that all construction and installation works are ongoing!
As of March 6, 2025, the following works have been completed:

• Monolithic works fully completed, roofing installed, masonry work on external, inter-apartment, and interior walls finished.

• Glazing completed 100%.

• Screed installation works finished.

• Plastering works of MZK completed.

• Installation of heating, water, and sewage pipes done.

• Electrical wiring works ongoing.

• Apartment radiators installed.

• Fire protection system works in progress.

• Apartment doors installed.

• Fire-rated technical doors installed.

• Acoustic insulation of technical rooms against noise completed.

• Installation of ventilated facade on two sections finished.

• Staircase railing installation completed.

• Finishing works in common areas underway (painting, floor tiling).

• Lighting installation in common areas ongoing.

• Tiling works on open terraces completed.

• Pump station installation completed.

• Installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors finished.

• External network installation for the complex underway.
