Senat Residential Complex Construction Update: January–February 2024

Dear buyers of the Senat residential complex,
We would like to inform you that all construction and installation works are ongoing!

As of March 5, 2024, the following works have been completed:

• Monolithic works fully completed, roofing installed, masonry work on external, inter-apartment, and interior walls finished.

• Glazing completed 100%.

• Screed installation works finished.

• Plastering works of MZK completed.

• Installation of heating, water, and sewage pipes in progress.

• Electrical wiring works ongoing.

• Installation of technical metal doors in MZK and technical rooms ongoing.

• Acoustic insulation of technical rooms against noise ongoing.

• Ventilated facade installation works ongoing; one section completed.

• Installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors completed.
