Construction progress of the Senat residential complex, September 2025

The construction of the Senat residential complex is actively moving forward. We are sharing updated information on the status of the work:

✔️ Monolithic work has been completed in full, as has the installation of the roof.

✔️ Masonry work on the exterior, inter-apartment, and interior walls has been completed.

✔️ Glazing is 100% complete.

✔️ Screed installation work has been completed.

✔️ Plastering work has been completed in common areas.

✔️ Heating, water supply, and sewer pipes have been laid.

✔️ Electrical wiring has been installed.

✔️ Apartment radiators have been installed.

✔️ Fire protection systems have been installed.

✔️ Fire-rated technical doors have been installed.

✔️ Acoustic noise protection has been installed in technical rooms.

✔️ Installation of a ventilated facade on two sections has been completed.

✔️ Installation of staircase railings has been completed.

✔️ Finishing work has been completed in common areas — painting and tiling of floors.

✔️ Lighting has been installed in common areas.

✔️ Tiling has been completed on open terraces.

✔️ Pump and electrical equipment has been installed.

✔️ The boiler room has been completed, and commissioning work is currently underway.

✔️ Installation of aluminum metal structures for non-residential premises on floors 1–2 has been completed.

✔️ Installation of a gas pipeline to connect the boiler room has been completed.

✔️ Work is underway on laying external networks for the complex.

✔️ Work is continuing on landscaping the territory.
