As of December 1, 2025, the following has been completed:

Monolithic work has been completed in full, roofing has been installed, and masonry work on exterior, inter-apartment, and interior walls has been completed.

Glazing has been completed 100%.

Work on installing the screed has been completed.

Plastering of the MZK has been completed.

Heating, water, and sewage pipes have been laid.

Electrical wiring has been completed.

Apartment radiators have been installed.

Work on the installation of fire protection systems has been completed.

The installation of apartment doors has been completed.

The installation of fire-resistant technical doors has been completed.

Acoustic protection of technical rooms from noise has been completed.

Work on the installation of a ventilated facade on two sections has been completed.

Work on the installation of staircase fencing has been completed.

Work on the finishing of common areas (painting, laying floor tiles) has been completed.

Installation of lighting in common areas completed.

Installation of fire protection systems completed.

Work on tiling open terraces completed.

Work on installing a pump station completed.

Work on installing an electrical switchboard completed.

Work on the installation of the boiler room has been completed, and commissioning work is underway.

Work on the installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors has been completed.
