Construction Progress of the Senat Residential Complex, March 2026

🏗️ What’s happening at the Senat construction site?

We are currently working on ensuring the comfort of future residents—external

utilities and landscaping.

As of April 2026:

✔️ The building is fully constructed—the frame, roof, and wall masonry are complete.

✔️ All windows have been installed.

✔️ The apartments are ready for finishing—screeds have been poured and

the heating system has been installed.

✔️ All internal utilities have been fully installed.

✔️ Doors have been installed and soundproofing work has been completed.

✔️ Facade work is nearly complete, and open terraces have been finished.

✔️ Common areas are fully ready.

✔️ The building’s engineering infrastructure is ready for operation (boiler room,

electrical panel room, and pumping equipment).

✔️ Installation of structures in commercial spaces is complete.

Currently, the building is being connected to external utility networks,

the surrounding area is being landscaped, and work is underway on the

transformer substation.
