Construction Progress of the Senat Residential Complex, July 2026

We’re marking another milestone in the construction of the Senat Residential Complex. As of August 2026:

✔️ A gas boiler room has been installed on the roof—the equipment has been set up and is ready for operation

✔️ The building’s monolithic frame is complete, and the facades are in the final stages of cladding

✔️ Floors in the apartments are prepared for final finishing; radiators have been connected and internal utilities have been installed

✔️ Common areas and open terraces are complete

✔️ The pump station and electrical panel have been installed

✔️ Finishing work is being completed in the entrance area
