Construction progress of the Senat residential complex, July 2025

We are actively working to ensure that the first residents of the Senat residential complex will soon receive the keys to their apartments in a cosy space with well-thought-out infrastructure.

Here is the construction progress as of July 2025:

- Monolithic works have been completed in full, the roof has been installed, and masonry works on the exterior, inter-apartment and interior walls have been completed.

- Glazing has been completed 100%.

- Screed installation work has been completed.

- Plastering of the MZK has been completed.

- Heating, water and sewer pipes have been laid.

- Electrical wiring has been completed.

- Apartment radiators have been installed.

- Fire protection systems have been installed.

- Installation of apartment doors completed.

- Installation of fire-resistant technical doors completed.

- Acoustic protection of technical rooms from noise completed.

- Installation of ventilated facade on two sections completed.

- Installation of staircase railings completed.

- Work is underway on the finishing of the common areas (painting, laying tiles on the floors).

- Installation of lighting in common areas has been completed.

- Work on laying tiles on open terraces has been completed.

- Work on the installation of a pump has been completed.

- Work on the installation of the electrical switchboard has been completed.

- Work on the installation of the boiler room is underway.

- Work on the installation of aluminium metal structures in non-residential premises on floors 1-2 has been completed.

- Work on the installation of external networks for the complex is underway.

- Work on the improvement of the territory has begun.
