Construction Progress of the Senat Residential Complex, February 2026
Our regular update from the construction site.
The team is currently focused primarily on connecting external utilities and landscaping the surrounding area.
As of March 2026:
✔️ The building’s monolithic frame, roof, and masonry for both exterior and interior walls are fully complete.
✔️ All window frames have been installed.
✔️ Floor screeds have been poured and radiators installed in the apartments.
✔️ Internal utility systems have been installed: heating, water supply, sewerage, and electrical wiring.
✔️ Apartment and utility doors have been installed, and soundproofing has been completed in the utility rooms.
✔️ Installation of the ventilated facade has been completed on two sections.
✔️ Finishing work has been completed in common areas, and lighting and railings have been installed.
✔️ Flooring has been completed on the open terraces.
✔️ The pump station and electrical switchboard have been prepared for commissioning; the boiler room has been installed and gas has been connected.
✔️ Aluminum structures have been installed in the commercial spaces on the first floors.
✔️ Work is ongoing to connect external utility networks and landscape the grounds.
✔️ Construction of the transformer substation continues.
