Construction progress of the Senat residential complex, December 2025

We share the current status of the works:

✔️ Monolithic works, roof installation and

laying of external, inter-apartment and inter-room walls have been fully completed.

✔️ Glazing of the house has been completed by 100%.

✔️ Work on arranging floor screed has been completed.

✔️ Plastering works in common areas have been completed.

✔️ Heating, water supply and sewage pipelines have been laid.

✔️ Electrical networks have been laid.

✔️ Apartment radiators have been installed.

✔️ Fire protection systems have been installed.

✔️ Installation of apartment and fire protection technical doors has been completed.

✔️ Acoustic protection of technical premises from noise has been completed.

✔️ Installation of a ventilated facade in two sections has been completed.

✔️ Staircase fencing is ready.

✔️ The finishing of common areas has been completed (painting and tiling of floors).

✔️ Lighting has been installed in common areas.

✔️ Tiling of open terraces has been completed.

✔️ Work on the arrangement of the pump and electrical switchboard has been completed.

✔️ The arrangement of the boiler room has been completed, commissioning work is currently underway.

✔️ Aluminum metal structures of non-residential premises on the 1st–2nd floors have been installed.

✔️ The installation of a gas pipeline for connecting the boiler room has been completed.

✔️ Work on the arrangement of external networks of the complex is ongoing.

✔️ Landscaping continues.

✔️ Construction of a transformer substation (TP) is actively underway.
