Construction progress of the Senat residential complex, August 2025

As of September 5, 2025, the following has been completed:

Monolithic works have been completed in full, the roof has been installed, and masonry works on the exterior, inter-apartment, and interior walls have been completed.

Glazing has been completed 100%.

Screed installation work has been completed.

Plastering of internal walls has been completed.

Heating, water, and sewage pipes have been laid.

Electrical wiring has been completed.

Apartment radiators have been installed.

Fire protection systems have been installed.

Apartment doors have been installed.

Installation of fire doors is complete.

Acoustic noise protection for technical rooms is complete.

Work on the ventilated facade on two sections is complete.

Work on the installation of staircase railings has been completed.

Work on the finishing of common areas (painting, tiling floors) has been completed.

Lighting has been installed in common areas.

Work on installing tiles on open terraces has been completed.

Work on installing a pump station has been completed.

Work on installing an electrical switchboard has been completed.

Work on installing a boiler room has been completed, and commissioning and adjustment work is underway.

Work on the installation of aluminum metal structures in non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floors has been completed.

Work is underway on the installation of external networks for the complex.

A gas pipeline has been installed to connect the boiler room.

Work is underway on the improvement of the territory.
