Construction Progress at the Senat Residential Complex, September 2026

The Senat Residential Complex is in the final stage of construction. The main structural elements,

utility networks, and boiler room are already complete

We are currently finishing up the landscaping around the building: laying

FEM tiles and marking out the parking lot.

Work is also underway on installing the storm sewer system and

sewer lines.
